Mike brings a wealth of sales, marketing and business development knowledge to Amp Remarketing. With over 30 years of senior marketing and business behind the wheel, Mike believes that integrity, professionalism, and communication are key components in maintaining and building a healthy and strong business to business relationship with his customers. As a result of his strong determination and dedication to bring solid marketing solutions to the automobile industry , Mike has been able to develop and maintain relationships that include automotive industry AUTO Associations, AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY REIT’s top management and members.
With his quest for innovation and pushing the envelope in creative marketing solutions, Mike has had the pleasure of working with both large and small public and privately-owned companies implementing successful marketing and selling strategies and risk transfer programs.
Throughout his career Mike has experienced the struggles that business owners face daily while still trying to remain profitable. James A. (Jay) Collier
Jay Collier is a real estate investor who invests primarily in commercial real estate. He is also a co-founder and an active board member in The Old Guard Monument Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Washington DC.
Mr. Collier has over thirty years of experience in the automotive industry and has held management positions with international and domestic manufacturers, plus a national automotive trade association. He has also owned and operated a Toyota dealership in the Dallas metropolitan area.
Mr. Collier’s corporate automotive career includes positions as General Manager of AIADA Services (American International Auto Dealers Assn.) in Washington D.C., Group Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Gulf States Toyota, an independent Toyota distributor in Texas, Director of Sales Operations for Nissan USA in California, and was Regional Manager for both Nissan and Chrysler Corporations. Prior to the above, he was with Ford Motor Company for twelve plus years where he held various management positions.
Collier received his Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management from Oklahoma State University, and graduated first in his military class. Upon graduation, he completed a five-year commitment with the United States Air Force as a Radar Navigator/Flight Instructor on B-52’s, with the rank of Captain. Mr. Collier was designated as a combat crew member and flew the very first mission where the B-52 aircraft was used in combat.
Steve Cone serves as Chief Marketing Officer for AMP Remarketing. Prior to this appointment Steve was the Chief Revenue Officer for The American Bar Association-the largest voluntary trade association in the United States.
From 2010 through June of 2015 Steve was AARP’s Executive Vice President responsible for all membership activities and partnerships with corporations across America.
With more than 40 years of senior-level marketing experience, Cone is a world leader in marketing, brand communications, and loyalty programs. He created or helped to create many of the loyalty programs that have stood the test of time including United’s Mileage Plus, Hyatt’s Gold Passport, and Holiday Inns. Steve has worked with a wide variety of major clients including AARP, Apple, American Express, Citigroup, FedEx, Harry & David as well as global media companies, environmental groups like The Nature Conservancy and The World Wildlife Fund and presidential campaigns for both major parties.
After graduating magna cum laude from Coe College, Cone helped build Epsilon—a pioneer in data-driven marketing technologies and services. From Epsilon, he went to American Express and was responsible for worldwide brand strategy and management. In the late 90s, he landed at Fidelity Investments as Chief Marketing Officer and President of the Retail Brokerage Group.
In 2000, Steve led worldwide marketing for Citigroup’s Global Wealth Management Division. He rejoined Epsilon in 2007, serving as its Chief Marketing Officer until early 2010.
Steve has lectured at leading universities and business groups worldwide on proven marketing principles. He has authored three books published by Wiley & Sons. Two versions of Steal These Ideas! And Powerlines: Words That Sell Brands, Grip Fans, and Sometimes Change History.
